The resolution of Judge Patlova Guerra in favor of Paola Pabon is questioned.
Former President Rafael Correa urged support for Judge Patlova Guerra, who issued alternative measures in favor of the Prefect of Pichincha Paola Pabon, former lawmaker Virgilio Hernandez, and activist Christian Gonzalez.
The State Attorney General’s Office considered that it has presented all the technical-legal arguments so that the defendants remain deprived of their liberty, in order to guarantee their appearances in the process.
“Diana Salazar has filled the Prosecutor’s Office with hatred and lack of professionalism. Happily, in equal measure, she has filled it with inability and clumsiness.
We should support Judge Guerra. Now they go after her. “
The ex-president highlighted the courage of the three defendants, for being an example of dignity.
