He did so during the discussion to which he was invited this Wednesday, March 10, by the Association of Ecuadorian Municipalities (AME) and promised to comply with the economic obligations with the Decentralized Autonomous Governments (GAD) if he reaches the Presidency.
Arauz said that the first disbursement will come maximum in the first month of the Government and will be USD 400 million to cover the debt that the Government has with the GAD, and the rest plans to sit down to negotiate a schedule with a payment method in a responsible manner. and technique.
