The schedule from 07:00 to 17:00, established by the Code of Democracy, is maintained to go to vote in the general elections on Sunday, February 7, resolved the Plenary of the National Electoral Council, in the session of this Wednesday 27 from January.

In addition, the members of the Vote Receiving Boards (JRV), delegates of political organizations and electoral observers should not present a PCR or rapid test that rules out the contagion of COVID-19, to enter the electoral precincts. But it is emphasized that proper compliance with biosecurity measures is mandatory.
The president of the CNE, Diana Atamaint, clarified that it is at the discretion of the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) to carry out the tests, if it considers it pertinent.
She recalled the offer made by the health authority, weeks ago, for the more than 270,000 members of the JRV to undergo a rapid or antigen test to go to the premises.
