This Saturday, December 19, 2020, vigilantes in the town of Muhata, in northern Nigeria, released 113 children who had been kidnapped by the Fulani ethnic group. The minors were returning from a religious ceremony, when they were intercepted by the antisocials.
Several residents commented that the children were returning together from a religious ceremony and were abducted. The residents and vigilantes of Muhata found out and mobilized to follow those responsible, who were shepherds of the Fulani ethnic group.
The residents of Muhata followed the kidnappers and cornered them, in addition, they warned them that if something happened to the minors “no Fulani would live on their land.” There was a shooting in the place that facilitated the escape of 113 children.
