Four pollsters put the UNES candidate as the winner of the first round.

The pollster Clima Social published its surveys for the month of December. This study shows the main voting trends in the country for next year’s elections and places the UNES candidate, Andrés Arauz, as the most voted in the 2021 elections with 23.3%.

According to the study of Clima Social, Arauz would win the first electoral round with almost 10 points of difference to Guillermo Lasso, who currently has a voting intention of 13.9%. Yaku Pérez would be third with 12.8% and Álvaro Noboa would be placed fourth with 10.8%.

13.1% of Ecuadorians have not yet defined which candidate they will support. The invalid vote would be 6.8% and the target 1.8%.

This would be the fourth pollster that puts Arauz as the favorite candidate of Ecuadorians. Click Report also puts it first, above Lasso.

Arauz obtained 36.5% of the votes, with an advantage of almost 13 points over the second, according to CELAG.

CEDATOS also puts Arauz as the favorite with 33.5%, if Noboa is qualified and participates in the 2021 elections.
