This notification arrived at our office around 10h00 on October 9, 2019.
The National Secretary of Communication ordered Radio Pichincha Universal to broadcast the Public Radio signal FM 105.3 in a mandatory and permanent manner since it warned that if this provision is not followed, the sanctions will proceed as stipulated by the Law and the Constitution.
At the moment, this provision only applies to our media outlet.
On the statement, the entity cites that this provision occurs within the state of exception, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph b of article 74 of the Organic Law of Communication.
With this, Pichincha Universal complies with the provision and announces that all its programming will be broadcast on social networks and our website www.pichinchauniversal.com.ec.
