“This Thursday will be the third call for the preparatory trial hearing after twice the Ecuadorian justice decided not to install the diligence”
The preparatory trial hearing against the computer security expert, Ola Bini, will take place this Thursday at 09:30 in the North Judicial Complex, in the city of Quito. This diligence will be installed for the third time and after almost 11 months of his detention.
In a statement published by the Swedish defense, it was announced that their human rights would be violated, since on two previous occasions the hearing was suspended.
“It is the third call that takes place after twice the Ecuadorian justice decided not to install the diligence, expressly violating their human rights.”
In the same way, the computer’s defense recalled that Bini was arrested on April 11, 2019 when he was leaving Quito for Japan and so far the accusations made by the Minister of Government have not been proven.
