There they stayed in a hotel to later travel by bus to Prague, where the young American presented symptoms of the disease so she went to a health home where she was examined and subsequently hospitalized at Bulovka Hospital.

Because of this, the group of friends was subjected to an exam to check their health status, there the Ecuadorian gave the test negative but in a second sample she tested positive.

The authorities contacted people who may have been close to tourists, including cleaning staff in the rooms where the girls spent the night, bus passengers on the Brno-Prague route, taxi drivers, etc. These people are now in a 14-day home quarantine.
