In Ecuador, a new update of the Guideline for Entry into Continental and Insular Ecuador by air came into force.
This indicates that every person who enters Ecuador must submit the Traveler’s Health Declaration digitally when boarding the airline.
The declaration can be found at https://declaracionsalud-viajero.msp.gob.ec/. If the platform is not available, the physical form must be submitted. In addition, travelers who fill out the digital form no longer need to present it at the point of entry to the Ministry of Health.
Every passenger who enters the country, over 16 years of age, must present the COVID-19 vaccination card, with at least 14 days of validity after completing the scheme. And the negative result of an antigen test or the negative result of a qualitative real-time RT-PCR test, performed up to 72 hours prior to shipment to Ecuador. The same for children between 2 and 16 years old. Crew members, meanwhile, are exempt from these requirements.
The document was issued by the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) and is available at the following link: https://bit.ly/OtrosDocumentosNormativos
