The political organization “Unidad Popular” announced its support for the march called by the labor unions of the country against the government.
“In the face of this kind of attitude, it is necessary that the people not only be indignant but that they mobilize so that the Assembly does what it has to do and that justice does not commit unfair things,” the director of the political organization in Guayas, Alonso Lopez said.
The march is scheduled for September 5 nationwide by the United Workers Front (FUT).
This organization is in favor of the elimination of the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPCCS), but does not agree that the National Assembly is divided into two chambers, nor in the designation of authorities through the Legislative.
