(Prensa Latina) Argentine Foreign Minister Felipe Solá on Wednesday announced his country´s possibility of collaborating with a proposal to finance a quick process for Cuban vaccine production.

Mr. Solá received Cuban ambassador Pedro Pablo Prada with whom he spoke about Argentina´s collaboration and also about the crisis and challenges imposed by the pandemic and the need for projects to give access to vaccines.

According to Argentina´s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, both officials discussed about negotiations between the two countries regarding coronavirus vaccines.

‘Our country awaits the completion of talks at the presidential level with the objective of being able to speed up possible agreement,’ Solá said.

In addition, they also discussed another Cuban technology input: a nasal drug to prevent a high percentage of viruses from entering the mucosa.
