Andrés Arauz would win the Presidency of Ecuador with 53.7%, according to a Eurek survey

The pollster Eurek Now published its study on the intention to vote for President of the Republic, ahead of the ballot to be held in Ecuador on April 11, between the UNES candidate, Andrés Arauz and the candidate for the CREO – PSC alliance, Guillermo Lasso.

This analysis shows a quantitative study that was carried out on 1.400 people, online, in Pichincha, Guayas and other provinces of the country, from March 1 to 12, 2021.

The surveys were conducted with nationally representative men and women over 18 years of age, whose margin of error is +/- 2.6% and has 95% confidence.

According to the study, the candidate for the Union for Hope (UNES), Andrés Arauz, would win the presidency of Ecuador with 53.7% of vote preference, against the 46.3% that the CREO candidate, Guillermo Lasso would obtain. .

In the same way, in the percentage of valid votes, Arauz surpasses Lasso with almost 7 points. It is also evident that there would be a percentage of null or white votes of 10.5%.

On the other hand, it is shown that the flow of votes, of candidates such as Yaku Pérez and Xavier Hervas, would go mainly to Lasso, but the vote of the rest of the candidates would favor Arauz.
