Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence, refused to invoke amendment to impeach Donald Trump

The House of Representatives will begin a vote this Wednesday, January 13, 2021, to bring current President Trump to his second impeachment trial.

This Tuesday, January 12, 2021, the Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence, refused to invoke the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to remove Donald Trump from the presidency. Therefore, the president will have to face a second political trial.

The House of Representatives will begin voting this Wednesday, January 13, 2021, to bring Donald Trump to a second impeachment trial. If the vote favors the request of the Democrats, the Republican leader will be the first president in history to face two impeachment processes.

Lawmakers accuse Donald Trump of “insurrection” for the assault on the capitol on January 6, 2021, when Joe Biden’s victory was about to be confirmed. Democrats are a majority in the House of Representatives, so a second “impeachment” trial is very predictable.

The biggest problem that Donald Trump’s opponents face is time, because, if this day the positive is achieved to start a trial, they would have until January 20 to dismiss him and the situation in the Senate could be delayed.

“Continuing down this path, I believe it is causing tremendous danger to our country and is causing great anger,” Donald Trump commented on the intentions of a second impeachment against him.

The current president of the United States did not publicly acknowledge a defeat against Joe Biden and also commented that he will not attend the inauguration by the Democratic leader.
