Ecuadorians will not be able to vote in Panama due to quarantine

Due to the quarantine in force in Panama, the Embassy of Ecuador in that country reported that the electoral process scheduled for Sunday, February 7, 2021, will not take place.

Through a statement, the Embassy announced that the electoral process scheduled for Sunday, February 7, cannot be carried out and said that the Government does not consider it feasible to provide authorization.

Attached to the message is the statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stating that it is not pertinent to authorize.
