The controversial former Trump collaborator was arrested and charged along with three other people for his participation in the online fundraising scheme. These resources were intended to build a barrier on the dividing line with the neighboring country, authorities said.

The others charged with the crime are Brian Kolfage, an Air Force veteran from Miramar Beach, Florida; Andrew Badolato, a financier from Sarasota, Florida; and Timothy Shea of Castle Rock, Colorado, the newspaper reported.
