Roberto Dunn is appointed as permanent delegate of the President of the Republic to the board of the financial entity.
Through Executive Decree 1071, President Lenín Moreno appointed Roberto Arturo Dunn Suárez as his permanent delegate to the Board of the National Finance Corporation (CFN).
The president appointed Dunn Suárez, after accepting the resignation of Juan Carlos Jácome Ruiz and thanking him for the functions performed.
Dunn will be a delegate of the Executive on the CFN board after he has the suitability rating issued by the Superintendency of Banks.
The new official has experience in the private sector as a director of the Nobis Consortium and his appointment was made based on number 9 of article 147 of the Constitution, which establishes as the power of the President of the Republic to appoint and remove ministers and public servants and protected in article 373 of the Organic Monetary and Financial Code that stipulates that each one of the public financial entities will have a directory constituted by a permanent delegate of the head of State.
