The Venezuelan president expressed his willingness to talk with Trump, but with mutual respect
Nicolás Maduro, president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, stated that he would be willing to meet with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, as he had a dialogue with Joe Biden at the time.
“Just as I met with Biden (former vice-president of the United States, during the Barack Obama administration), and we talked at length and in a respectful manner, which was recorded at the time, also when it is necessary I am willing to respectfully talk with President Donald Trump, ”said the president in an interview with the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN).
The meeting with the current bet of the United States Democratic Party, Joe Biden, took place in 2015, and at the summit, Nicolás Maduro, asked respect for Venezuela.
