Islamic group claims responsibility for attack in southern Somalia

Mogadishu, Oct 6 (Prensa Latina) The Islamic armed group Al-Shabab (The Youth, in Arabic) claimed responsibility for the attack perpetrated a few hours ago and as a resulf of which two members of a regional parliament in Somalia was injured, Mogadishu authorities confirmed on Wednesday.
Somali Lawmakers Abdirahman Idou and Mohamed Dhire were injured by an improvised explosive device in the southern town of Jowhar, as they were returning to Mogadishu after attending a ceremony, according to the official story.

In late September, three legislators were wounded in a similar action, for which Al Shabab also took responsibility.

Al Shabab is the main enemy of the central Government headed by President Abdullahi Mohamed, also known as Farmaajo, it was recalled
