Ramallah, Sep 30 (Prensa Latina) The Palestinian Government on Thursday held Israel’s Prime Minister Naftali Bennett responsible for the crimes committed by Israeli settlers and military forces, while it criticized the silence of the international community in the face of those events.
Bennett is directly responsible for the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by his troops and settlers, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced in a communique.
The lack of sanctions encourages the occupation authorities to continue violating human rights and expanding settlements on our land, the text stated.
The silence of the international community in the face of this situation is suspicious and unacceptable, and has consequences for the security and stability in the region, the Foreign Ministry stressed.
The Ministry warned that the Palestinian Government is monitoring and documenting those crimes in order to bring them before the International Criminal Court to prosecute the perpetrators of those events.
