Director of the Latacunga Prison would be linked in a case of sexual harassment to María Sol Larrea

Brother of Police General involved in a case of sexual harassment. Mario Carrillo, director of the prison in Latacunga was denounced by the former IESS oficial.

Teodoro Colonel, Larrea’s lawyer, said that Mario Carrillo asked her to have sexual intercourse in exchange for security in jail.
