Mexico reported more than 6,500 new cases of Covid-19

(Prensa Latina) Mexico registered 6,513 cases of Covid-19 and 270 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health reported today in its morning update.

With these figures, the national record of patients rose to 2,978,330 people and 270,000 deaths since February 2020, the report shows.

Meanwhile, it adds, the speed of transmission of the coronavirus kept a decrease of 1.0 percent in the period from July 25 to 31 compared to the previous week.
