Bolsonaro hospitalized, Three Powers meeting called off in Brazil

(Prensa Latina) Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro was admitted on Wednesday for check-ups due to abdominal pain at the Armed Forces Hospital, in Brasilia, after he passed 13 days with hiccup attack, thus forcing the Meeting of the Three Powers to call off.

The Planalto Palace did not go into details about president´s health conditions.

His working agenda included a meeting with Presidents of the Senate Rodrigo Pacheco, of Chamber of Deputies Arthur Lira and of the Supreme Federal Court Luiz Fux.

Such a meeting was set this week to pacify the scene among the powers of the Republic.

Bolsonaro would also participate in a meeting of the National Coordination Committee for Fighting the Covid-19 Pandemic, and he would also attend the presentation of a program called Actions for the New High School at the Planalto Palace.

In mid-April, the Brazilian ruler said that he has a hernia in the abdominal region and he can take advantage of his hospitalization to operate it.
