(Prensa Latina) Argentina’s President Alberto Fernandez on Wednesday recognized the importance of public education after returning to teach Crime Theory at the University of Buenos Aires.
In a message illustrated with a virtual class to the students of the Faculty of Law of that House of Higher Studies, the president pointed out that he insists on continuing teaching because he owes everything to public education.
On this occasion, the head of State – who from the beginning of his administration has maintained his work as an educator in parallel – said that in his today’s Crime Theory class he taught his students the concept of categorization.
Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, Fernandez returned to the classrooms virtually on March 10 from his office at the Olivos Residence, where he started the initial class of the subject he teaches.
As he promised after assuming his mandate in December 2019, the Argentine president even in the midst of the pandemic examined his students at the Faculty, where he has been a teacher for years.
