The Argentine Ministry of Economy reported that this Monday, July 6, Argentina will submit to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an amendment to the offer to restructure public debt in foreign currency.

The ministry also announced in a statement that in the next few days a bill will be sent to Congress to restructure the debt under foreign law, “on equal terms with the proposed swap.”
