At least five young people were inside the vehicle with the alleged person infected with coronavirus.
Agents of the Citizen Guard of Cuenca carried out control operations, during one of them, they detected a group of young people, alleged offenders, with alcoholic beverages inside a car.
One of the young men was not wearing a mask, and after the agent’s request to stay away from the vehicle, the young man asked if it was necessary for him to put on his mask, to which the uniformed officer replied “he is already without a mask.”
Thus, the young man, while putting on the mask, told the agent, “I have covid,” it would be “most likely, a relative of mine is with covid,” he added.
