There are 179,436 patients with coronavirus in Chile.
The undersecretary of Healthcare Networks of the Chilean Ministry of Public Health, Arturo Zúñiga, reported this Monday that the cases of Covid-19 in the country totaled 5,143 infections in the last 24 hours, of these 4,660 presented symptoms.
39 people have died from the disease in the last hours. There are 3,362 deaths in the country. However, the low death toll is due to the fact that the Civil Registry does not register deaths during the weekends, explained the Minister of Health, Enrique Paris.
