Contracts will take place until December, mainly in Guayas.
In the face of the health emergency caused by the coronavirus, 1,284 professionals and personnel in general joined the public health system.
Even the doctors who were in quarantine are returning to work. At the moment, there are 417 infected in the system.
In order to address the lack of personnel, hiring has been streamlined, leaving aside bureaucratic procedures. These hires are planned to continue until December, especially in Guayas.
The Ecuadorian government, in addition, will request the World Health Organization (WHO) to grant the country preferential treatment to receive the necessary help to face the pandemic.
