The analyses is part of the 773rd plenary session, convened by Parliament President Guadalupe Llori.
The first meeting of the plenary is dedicated to review the report for the first debate of the Organic Reformatory Bill to the Organic Law on Higher Education.
The review of the text takes place amid a hunger strike that public education teachers have been carrying out since May 3 to demand the implementation of the Organic Law on Intercultural Education, approved by Parliament in March and vetoed by President Guillermo Lasso in April.
A second moment is dedicated to the report, also for first debate, of the Reforming Bill to Several Laws for the Development, Regulation and Control of Technological Financial Services, known as Fintech.
Finally, the legislators will provide criteria on the text drawn up for the second debate of the Organic Bill to Promote the Production, Commercialization, Industrialization, Consumption and Pricing of Milk and its Derivatives.
