Russian airstrikes level Ukrainian hangars housing foreign weapons

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that hangars in a logistics center near the Ukrainian city of Odessa, used to stockpile weapons arriving from abroad, were destroyed by Russian P-800 Oniks missiles.

According to a report by the spokesman for the Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, Bayraktar TB2 UCAVs, missiles and ammunition sent in from the United States and several European countries were eliminated as a result of last night’s airstrike.

In addition to this, the Ministry reported that the Russian artillery attacked 54 enemy artillery positions, 38 fortifications and 195 concentration areas for personnel and equipment in the last few hours, which resulted in the elimination of 230 troops and 52 units of war matériel and vehicles.

Moreover, high-precision air-to-ground missiles were launched at six Ukrainian military targets, while 69 strong points were bombed by the military aviation, Konashenkov said.

According to the report, Russian air defense shot down six drones, a Tochka-U ballistic missile and two reactive projectiles launched from a BM-30 Smerch MLRS.
