With dedicating a wreaf to independence fighter and National Hero Jose de San Martin, Chilean president, Gabriel Boric, began an official visit to Argentina, the first country he travels to after taking office as head of State on March 11.
According to what this nation´s Foreign Minister said, Boric was received the day before by the Argentine Foreign Minister, Santiago Cafiero, at the Ministro Pistarini International Airport, in Eseiza city.
According to this Ministry´s statement, the youngest and most voted president in Chile´s history will carry out today an intense agenda, which he will tackle accompanied by ministers, officials, lawmakers, judges and businessmen from his country.
The offical program began at 09:30 local time, with laying a wreaf together the Argentine Foreign Minister Cafeiro at the Monument to the Liberator General José de San Martin, located in the square of the same name in Buenos Aires.
Later, Boric will be welcomed by his counterpart Alberto Fernández at Casa Rosada, with whom he will talk on bilateral relations and other matters of interest.
Also, there will be a meeting of ministers of both nations, including those of Foreign Affairs and Defense.
