Russia considers that progress was made at talks with Ukraine

(Prensa Latina) The adviser to the Russian president, Vladimir Medinski, who is heading his country’s delegation at the negotiations with Ukraine, said on Thursday that the agreements reached in today’s talks represented significant progress.

According to the senior Russian official, Moscow and Kiev agreed to establish humanitarian corridors for the population’s departure and a possible temporary ceasefire. He pointed out that at the meeting they could find understandings on some issues.
