La Paz, Oct 27 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian Deputy Foreign Minister Freddy Mamani on Tuesday confirmed that the Bolivian and Peruvian presidents will meet on October 30 as a culmination of the 6th Binational Cabinet to be held in La Paz.
The binational agenda will start on Friday with a technical meeting between representatives of both nations, who will address key issues such as the environment and cross-border water resources, security and defense, economic development and social policies.
They will also analyze institutional strengthening and infrastructures for integration and development, according to the program of the forum.
Recently, the Plenary Session of the Congress of Peru authorized President Castillo to leave the country to participate in the 6th Binational Cabinet.
The meeting is expected to include the signing of a declaration and political and diplomatic agreements at the highest level, as well as treaties and conventions, according to media reports.
