Ecuador registers 442,341 positive cases of coronavirus, confirmed with PCR tests, after 1,161 new infections were detected in the last 24 hours.
The total number of deaths is 21,175, of which 15,593 are confirmed by the virus, while 5,582 are probable deaths from this disease; So in one day 18 confirmed deaths with Covid-19 are reported.
47,065 patients have been discharged from hospital, however, 698 are hospitalized in a stable manner and 475 people remain with a reserved prognosis; therefore, the total number of hospitalized for the virus is 1,173.
Nationwide, 407,512 patients have recovered from the coronavirus, which represents 90.82% compared to those confirmed by PCR.
